General Sales Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT) except for contribution to the handling and shipping charges.
The STN Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time however the products shall be invoiced based on the tariffs in effect at the time of your order validation.
Products remain the property of STN until full payment of the sum due.
Article 2 - Order
You can check the smooth progress of your order by connecting to your account.
In case of error on your behalf, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order is not yet shipped and insofar as possible, we shall take your request into consideration.
We process all of the orders subject to availability and/or while stocks last.
In the event of unavailability of a product, we are committed to contacting you as soon as possible and to offering you the best suitable solution for your requirements: refund, postponement or replacement of the order.
Article 3 - Payment and security
We accept two forms of payment:
> By bank transfer: we place our RIB at your disposal so that you may perform a bank transfer which, once it is accepted, shall validate your order.
> By bank card: pay on line by bank card in complete security; the highest-performance method of encryption for transmitted information is used by bank card payment. With this encryption method, AT NO TIME DOES OUR COMPANY HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR BANK CARD NUMBER.
> By bank draft or giro cheque (Only for Metropolitan France): if you choose this type of payment, print your order and send it here with your cheque by post at following address:

(method of payment to be used only for domestic transactions)
MAKE YOUR CHEQUES "PAYABLE TO": STN
For this method of payment, your payment must reach us within 10 days; after this deadline, we reserve the right to return the unpaid ordered merchandise back into stock.
Article 4 - Delivery:
Metropolitan France
Different forms of delivery are offered on our site, in order to provide you with the maximum number of solutions: Colissimo, next day delivery, delivery centre, etc. All of these methods can be shown during your order to select the one which which best suits your requirements.
Postal charges of the purchase are offered starting at € 500, 00 inclusive of taxes
- For the countries of the European Union: deliveries are not available by Colissimo or next day delivery. Only shipments sent by TNT are possible
- For the other countries please consult with us.
Article 5 - Withdrawal:
If our articles do not comply with your order, in case of non-deterioration of these former and in compliance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a right to return the merchandise within a period of 7 days after receipt of these former.
In that case, the postal charges (shipping and return charges) remain at your expense and we ask that you please contact us prior to returning the merchandise.
Article 6 - Confidentiality:
Information concerning you is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties. The information which we have at our disposal is used by our company to serve you better and to process your orders.
In accordance with the (French) Data Protection Act of 6th January 1978, you have access to your personal data by changing them or by deleting them with the help of the on line registration form or by contacting us by email or by post.
